Hello, I’m Erin

Sometimes the message society gives us about our journey through life doesn’t match what is actually happening and that can be confusing and overwhelming.

Since 2021, I have been counselling clients using a foundation of trauma informed reflective practice and strengths based therapy to support building resilience and navigating challenges. I have specialised in mental health, sleep disorders and substance use.

My background includes over six years of experience in nursing and midwifery providing empathetic and non-judgmental care to people who are accessing medical services in hospital and in the community.

Having been in the therapy chair myself, I understand how tough it can be to work through life's big events. My focus is on providing compassionate counselling to help you manage life’s challenges and discover your strengths.

I look forward to meeting you and supporting you through the challenges and changes you are facing.

Get to know me

I enjoy spending time with my partner and our two puppies. Being a mum to three boys who are now becoming adults themselves continues to be an adventure.

I enjoy macrame, music, and reading. Being able to self care helps me stay balanced and work through my own challenges. Sometimes though, it is eating chips with dip and watching Bridgerton that works best!
